Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan akad istishna’ pada pengadaan rumah properti syariah PT. Syahada Muslim Group.Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi yaitu secara langsung dilokasi teknik wawancara para informan yakni pihak pembeli dan pegawai Group. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa yang di gunakan sebagai transaksi penjualan telah sesuai prinsip syariah. Prinsip istishan’ terbebas dari riba, denda tanpa sita, dapat memesan inginkan, penjelasan perumahan spesifikasi. Penyerahan kesepakatan awal
